Membership - Karaoke Labels

Karaoke labels are looked upon to set the standard within the karaoke industry by establishing the highest example of ethics and moral principles in their business practices.  In doing so, karaoke labels have the unspoken responsibility of providing the rest of the industry with an exemplary business model that can be looked up to by the entire industry.

Membership in the Karaoke Industry Association of America is open to legitimate karaoke record companies/labels whose main offices are located in the United States, and under their own brand or label, are engaged in the sale and/or production of sound recordings formatted for use in karaoke performances.

Companies that have engaged in or have been associated with in any way a person(s), company, corporation, or any other business entity to include any subsidiary, franchise, etc.or are in any way controlled by any person(s), company, corporation, or any other business entity which has within the last 5 years to date of this application engaged in the unauthorized creation, replication, duplication, sale, importation, exportation, or other use of sound recordings in violation of state or federal law are not eligible for membership.
