Membership - Reseller-Retailer

A Reseller or Retailer is generally any business with less than $250,000 in annual sales. Sales of more than $250,000 fall into the category of Dealer or Distributor.

Resellers and Retailers are on the front lines of the supply chain and offer the products that they represent directly to the consumer. They usually carry many different lines of products including hardware or electronic devices as well as karaoke music.

Resellers and Retailers who become members of the KIAA have the responsibility of monitoring their inventory and to only carry products which adhere to the standards set for KIAA member labels. While KIAA member Resellers and Retailers are entitled to carry non-member products as well, they must still only sell products that adhere to the these very same standards. This insures that the consumer is not purchasing unauthorized karaoke products, and that the actual karaoke label that produced these products are the companies that are being compensated.

By joining the KIAA as a Reseller/Retailer you are pledging your best efforts to monitory your inventory, to adhere to the standards set by the KIAA, and to discontinue any products for which you have reason to believe does not adhere to these standards.

Your efforts to do this will contribute to the integrity and health of the karaoke industry, by helping insure that all content throughout the supply chain is not counterfeit and has entered into the supply chain from the actual legitimate sources.

The annual KIAA membership fee for a Reseller-Retailer is normally $75, but we are making the Reseller-Retailer membership available for a limited time at the introductory price of $50.
